RETURN POLICY
We stand behind the workmanship of
our products 100% ! We will be happy to exchange or refund for defective
items ONLY within 30 days of your purchase. In the event that an item needs to be
returned, we will issue a return label and send it to you. We will only
accept returns that are received in the original packaging, bearing our
mailing label.
While we understand that it is sometimes difficult to judge sizes when
ordering online, we do not make exchanges if you order the incorrect size. We
strive to provide accurate measurements and descriptions. Please choose your
sizes carefully.Please email us if you are unsure
about what size to order, and a member of our staff will be happy to assist
you and to provide a sample when possible. Please see our comparison page to compare sizes of our hair bows before ordering.
Please read our time line on our homepage above the categories before ordering. Once your order has been placed, we do not allow for refunds, exchanges or cancellations. If you've decided you do not want a certain bow on your order we will only allow for substitutions of another bow in it's place if we haven't made the bow or ordered supplies that may be needed for your purchase.
If you have ordered any holiday hair bows or clippies please be sure to read our shipping times prior to ordering these products to ensure that your item will arrive before the holiday. You should always order your holiday purchases at least 4-5 weeks prior to the holiday to ensure delivery in time.
We stand firm on our ordering/return policies. We will not be responsible if you failed to read our policy prior to ordering. We have had customers in the past who are VERY upset with us because they can't return or cancel product orders. Please understand that we custom make each and every item for you when we get your order. None of our items are pre-made . So therefor it is much harder for us to be able to resell these returned items after they have been shipped out to you . Due to our large color selections the odds of another customer ordering the exact same bow and color are very slim. We always try to make our custoemrs happy when they order but we ask that you please ready our policies prior to ordering so you know our policy.
WHOLESALE
Orders are NOT returnable once you have placed your order and we have processed it. Due to the fact that we normally have to order supplies to complete you order. Payment must be made in FULL before any items are shipped to you. All business information we require must be received before we process your order. We ask that you allow a min. of 2 weeks on orders that are larger than 100 items purchased. Please request any samples you may need before ordering your items.
